Panels are built through a controlled sequence, from enclosure fabrication to routine testing before dispatch.

How a panel is built
From specification to dispatch
Every panel starts from a specification: the ratings, the single-line diagram, the protection and metering required, and the enclosure and finish. The steps below turn that specification into a finished, tested assembly.
Fabrication, busbar processing, assembly, wiring, inspection and testing follow one controlled sequence, so each stage can be checked before the next begins and the panel that leaves the workshop is the panel that was specified.
Fabrication
Enclosure fabrication to the required form and finish.
Busbar Processing
Busbar cutting, bending and preparation.
Assembly
Component mounting and compartment assembly.
Wiring
Power and control wiring to drawing.
Inspection
In-process and final inspection.
Testing
Routine testing before dispatch.
Capacity, ratings and lead times are confirmed for each project.
To start a panel, please share
- Single-line diagram and load details
- Ratings: current, voltage and short-circuit level
- Protection, metering and control requirements
- Enclosure type, IP rating and finish
- Site conditions and the delivery schedule
